We want to assure you that every purchase you make from Comfort For Less online is a secure transaction. Once you are finished shopping and move on to the "checkout" area, you will be transferred to our secure server, which will encode your credit card information and deliver it only to us.

Data Encryption Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Comfort For Less will not charge your credit card account until your item is shipped. By placing an order with Comfort For Less you agree to our terms and conditions clearly stated on our website.

Shipping Information
Most orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 business hours after your order is received. Keep in mind that some orders might ship direct from the manufacturer and might take a little longer. If the item is not in stock, we will do our best to ship it as soon as we can. Comfort For Less will ship your items via UPS or FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise.

To obtain the shipping costs of most items, simply enter the order online by placing the item in your cart. After the shipping cost is displayed, you will still have opportunity to cancel your order before the order transaction is completed. Keep in mind that there might be times the shipping cost might not be calculated or calculated incorrectly if one orders multiple items. We will contact you via email ASAP with the correct shipping amount.

Items that include free shipping are free only through UPS or FedEx Ground.

Comfort For Less only ships within the contiguous United States with the exception of some APO's and select items to Canada.

Payment Methods
At Comfort For Less, for your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal for payment of your purchases. Paypal orders must ship to a confirmed ship to address. If not a confirmed ship to address, this might delay your order. Your credit card bill will reflect your order in the name Comfort For Less.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged on purchases shipped to the state of Maryland.

Return and Exchange Policy
At Comfort For Less, complete customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We will do our very best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability each and every time.

Any unused, brand new merchandise, in their original boxes or packages (in full re-sellable condition), may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt (less the shipping cost). Comfort For Less assumes the "ship to" costs on items with "free shipping" only on purchases that are not returned. A 20% restocking fee will apply when returning items. Before returning an item, you must obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused at delivery. YOU MUST OBTAIN A "Return Authorization Number" VIA EMAIL. Our customer service representatives can give you more information by contacting us at Service@ComfortForLess.com should you require further assistance.

Large and expensive items such as electronics and some special order items may be charged at the time we process your order. Custom orders such as Dutailier, Gliders, Lifetime Filters, Mattresses, etc. are subject to a 20% cancellation fee and are not returnable.

DON'T WORRY, as defective merchandise after the 15-day period is under warranty by the manufacturer, and we encourage you to please read the warranty information enclosed with each product. If you should receive any item that is "defective on arrival", please contact us immediately so we can either replace the item at our expense, or refund your purchase in full. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Personal use items such as Mattresses, Shavers, and Groomers, are not returnable (but are fully covered by manufacturer warranties).

Cancellations
Please email us at Service@ComfortForLess.com for all cancellations. Cancellations must be made via email and must include the order number of the order you would like to cancel. Please understand that if the order has already shipped you will be responsible for returning the order.

Refusals
Refused shipments will be charged for the freight charges incurred and a 20% restocking fee. Shipments sent back without an RA # will incur a 20% restocking fee.
